Today, in badminton league, my team lose badly ... Really badly. We didn't even win one of the 9 games. I suppose me and my team members do have lots need to learn and improve.
The game I was playing , I was horrible at mixed double ... Got single digit!! Gosh.... That is insane, truly broke my lowest record. I really need to work on my shots ....
Back to men single, I only got 13 and 14 points for each game which I think I gave many points away ... I definitely could have done better.
My serve wasn't great because mainly. 3/4 court which is not good enough in single.
My recovery was bad, because I didn't so the step after I hit. Felt like the training was wasted
How can I handle my mind better during game ? That's definitely something need to work on.

Otherwise how can you move up to b grade ? You don't want to drag your team down alright?
